1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between Cynea AI Ltd. (“Cynea”, “we”) and the person or entity that signs up for the service (“Customer”, “you”).

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to bind your organization, and accept these Terms in full.

2. Free trial

New workspaces start on a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start; you'll be prompted for billing details only when the trial ends.

During the trial we cap outbound volume at the deliverability ramp described in our help center — that's for your domain's benefit, not a paywall.

3. Billing & cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual subscribers get two months free. Pricing is published on our sales contact (we're between public pricing pages — see “Contact” for the current rate card).

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for unused time, but we don't lock you into renewal either.

We don't use dark patterns. There is no “wait on the phone with retention” flow, no “are you sure?” gauntlet — one click cancels.

4. Acceptable use

Cynea is built for legitimate B2B outbound. You agree not to use it to:

  • send to consumer (B2C) addresses without consent
  • scrape, buy, or share lists in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, or UK/EU privacy law
  • impersonate another person or company
  • send malware, phishing, fraud, or content prohibited under our acceptable use policy
  • attempt to bypass deliverability throttles or rate limits

We reserve the right to suspend campaigns that breach this section, and to terminate accounts after notice. We don't do silent shadow throttling — if we slow you down, you'll see it surfaced in the UI.

5. Your data

You own the prospect lists, message content, and reporting data you produce in Cynea. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and our DPA, available on request.

You can export every campaign and prospect record at any time as CSV from the dashboard, and we will provide a final export on cancellation.

6. Security & compliance

Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+. Authentication is OAuth- or magic-link-based; we never see your password.

SOC 2 Type II is in progress. We are mid-audit with our SOC 2 partner; the report will be available to customers under NDA when issued. Our security one-pager and a list of sub-processors are available on request to irene@cynea.ai.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance. We use a public status page; subscribe there for incident notifications.

Outbound deliverability depends on third-party providers (Resend, your DNS host, recipient mail servers). We don't control them, and our uptime SLA does not cover their outages.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that campaigns will produce a specific reply rate, meeting volume, or revenue outcome — we built every honest tool we could to maximize the odds, but B2B outbound results depend on your list, your offer, and the market.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law in England and Wales.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cynea's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, even if advised of the possibility.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance by email to workspace owners and posted at this URL. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
