Campaigns

How do I launch a campaign?

Open Setup from the dashboard and walk through the four-step flow: Scout (find prospects), Reach (pick a channel), Email (review the AI-drafted variations), and Launch.

On launch we cap day one at 10 sends and ramp up over the first week — that's the deliverability ramp protecting your domain reputation. You can monitor every send from the Campaigns view.

Team

How do I invite my team?

Head to Settings → Team, click Invite teammate, enter their work email, and pick a role:

  • Account Manager — full access to workspaces, campaigns, and billing
  • SDR — can launch campaigns and reply to prospects, no billing access
  • Read-only — view dashboards and reports, no send permissions

The invitee gets an email with a magic-link sign-in. Their seat activates the moment they accept — no admin re-approval needed.

Deliverability

How does domain warmup work?

New sending domains land in spam if they suddenly blast hundreds of emails. Cynea ramps you up gradually so inboxes learn to trust you:

  • Day 1: 10 sends, paced two seconds apart
  • Days 2–7: +10 per day, capped at 80
  • Week 2+: volume opens up to your plan limit, throttled by reply-rate health

Bounce and spam-complaint rates feed back into the throttle — if either crosses 3%, Cynea automatically pauses the campaign and surfaces a warning so you can investigate the list quality before resuming.

Calendar

How do I connect my calendar?

Open Setup → Booking and click Connect Google Calendar. The Google sign-in popup asks for a single permission — calendar.freebusy. That's read-only; we never see meeting titles, attendees, or notes.

Once connected, your busy windows automatically disappear from the booking page shown to prospects. Outlook/Microsoft 365 ships with the multi-mailbox release later this year.
